The practical stuff

  • Do I own my data?

    Yes. Full data export is part of the base plan, so what you put in, you take out — and every shop's data is isolated at the database.

  • What hardware do I need?

    Kamui runs in the browser. Receipts and labels print through a small local agent to network-connected ESC/POS thermal printers (Epson-compatible command set) — the industry standard.

  • Can I bring my existing data?

    Yes — bring your product catalog and customer list, and we'll help you import them during onboarding.
