Three pieces: the phone app your drivers and managers live in, the full dashboard as an app for the computer at the counter, and a small Chrome extension that connects your Weedmaps account. Setup takes about five minutes.

01 The app

Driver & manager app — iOS & Android

  • Drivers

    Route and stops, one-tap masked calling, scan-to-swap order edits with automatic repricing, proof of delivery, and a live cash-to-collect counter. Drivers sign in with their phone number — no passwords to manage.

  • Managers

    Assembly checklists with product photos, warehouse and driver-car inventory moves by QR scan, and the KAMUI AI assistant — the same brain as the dashboard, in a pocket.

Android installs directly from the APK: open the downloaded file and allow installing from your browser when the phone asks. Same app, same login — drivers sign in with their phone number.

02 The counter app

Kamui Desktop — Mac & Windows

Your whole Kamui dashboard as its own app on the computer at the counter — orders, POS, inventory and the shop phone in one window, with the receipt printer running inside it instead of as a second thing to install. It keeps ringing after a browser tab would have been closed or put to sleep, shows real desktop notifications for calls and texts, and starts at login. Same account, same screens.

Mac:unzip and drag the app to your Applications folder, then open it and log in. Allow the microphone once, then turn on “Start at login” from the menu bar icon. macOS 13 or newer.

Windows:run the installer and log in. Windows 10 or newer, 64-bit. Windows has no per-app microphone prompt — if calls have no sound, turn on “Let desktop apps access your microphone” in Settings → Privacy & security → Microphone.

03 Weedmaps Connector

Chrome extension — menu & order sync

A tiny extension that runs in the Chrome you already use for the Weedmaps admin. It keeps your Kamui connection fresh as a side effect of your team using Weedmaps like they always do — no extra logins, no captchas, nothing to babysit. Works on Windows and macOS.

  1. Download the extension and unzip it — keep the folder, Chrome loads it from there.
  2. Open chrome://extensions, switch on Developer mode (top right), click “Load unpacked” and pick the unzipped wm-extension folder.
  3. In your Kamui dashboard, open the WM Agents page and create a pairing code.
  4. Click the extension icon → Options: set the platform URL to https://app.kamui.digital, paste the pairing code, press Pair.
  5. Sign in to admin.weedmaps.com like you normally do. The extension badge turns green (OK) — you're connected, and it stays fresh on its own.
  6. That’s it — no tab to babysit. The extension reloads Weedmaps in the background every 15 minutes to keep the token current, and may keep one pinned Weedmaps tab open for that. Leave it be. You only need to act if Weedmaps signs you out, and your Kamui alerts will say so.
